Sunday the day of peace and rest.... not for all of us some of us are at work (on a break of course whilst i update my blog!)
Well last night we went down the bottom of the garden to investigate and i have dug up some rather strange looking "pink fur" potatoes they look like little cocktail sausages! bizarre. But i bet they taste good in a salad.
Also pulled u a huge parsnip dead straight aswell so i must have prepared that soil really well! chuffed with my hard work in the spring!
Also another large swede so looks like soup will be on the menu monday, i can put it in a flask for work. Also pulled up the calendulas to make room for the pumpkins which are desperate to be planted out.
We also have put the flat on the market for somewhere bigger due to the ever largening bump i have and before it went live we already had an offer, which we would be CRAZY not to consider so looks like my veggie patches might come to halt sooner than i anticipated :(
