Well friday is here again. Yesterday i slaved in the kitchen making dairy free marzipan and chocolate muffins, a chinese meal, and a salmon,mushroom and brocolli tart. Did all the chores it took 3 hours to do 4 rooms from ceiling to floors. Chased the chooks back from the neighbours garden they prefer her windfall apples to ours for some reason, and there is a badger run through our land here and they got throught the gap where the badgers get through. had the water board out to check our pipes as we have a leak and its on our property so we have to pay to fix it. Shadann is going to dig up all the pathway to where the water board traced the leak to. I cannot believe it, two months later and we would have moved! More expense. Its cost us a grand in fee's already and we haven't even moved yet. Then I had to eat my chinese meal on my own as Shadann was otherwise enagaged, before going into work for a few hours overtime. I hope there is just a tiny violin playing somewhere for me!
Today I have Played fairies and pixies with Millie-mo in her new fancy dress outfit and painted and stamped and colored in on a roll of wallpaper lining paper. Made a full indian biryiani from my "special" indian book (a gift from my father and mother in laws to be) Proper biriyani is very labour intensive until you seal the pot for the final cook off. I have taken off lots of data from the laptop and saved it all to hard storage as back up and am now sitting down with a coffee. Phoof! And it looks like I will be eating alone again tonight after all my hard work as Shadann is going to price up a job and then I have got more overtime booked in.
The vets next door have now officially moved out and the new man has moved in today from the looks of things this morning. We have their sandpit and Lemon tree in our garden until they can arrange to collect it.
