Have had yet another visit from badgers last night they come and dig up my lawn looking for chafer grubs and earthworms (which i have to say are awful in grub form ~HUGE too! but they grow into beetles which isn't quite so gross) The badgers would be fine in your garden but they cause so much damage to the lawns. Just look at this patch of lawn, and there must be at least 6 new holes they dug last night. I'd swap a badger for a hedgehog any day.
