This is last of my sloe gin i made last season, It was so easy to make we went down the moors and picked about 1/2 a pound of sloes and i added them to a litre of good ole Gordons Gin with about half a bag of caster suger and put in a dark cupboard once a week i would give the bottle a little shake to aggitate the sloes and sugar and then 6 months later we ended up with this fabulous decanter of gin. knocks your socks off. have a schooner glass of this before bed and the world dissapears into a cosy sleepy slumber! we have an apple tree in our garden so am going to try my hand at cider making this year.
